Not much to love about a jewelry store that makes violence against women a joke, and right in the middle of domestic violence awareness month. I’ll join the 70% of women worldwide who will experience physical and/or sexual abuse by an intimate partner during their lifetimes and say “no thank you” to this jewelry store.
Their current outdoor banner uses violence against women as a joking marketing campaign. While their banners tend towards sexism and patriarchy, the inclusion of joking about domestic violence takes it to a whole new level. I've put up seeing sexist signs as I drive by for years. I have had my diamond bracelet worked on twice there. Once to add a security chain and once to replace the clasp and both experience were wonderful. I was treated with respect and the workmanship was outstanding.
Bonaci is a great place, everyone is very nice and helpful. Jeff the jeweler is great, made me a ring I will cherish forever.
