I was ready to start this program. They made the registration process very difficult and refused to talk to my insurance. I had to do it. Then when I told them the insurance said I needed authorization they said they didn't handle insurance.
I highly recommend St. Mary’s hospital. I had a bowel surgery and stayed in the fifth floor for 9 days to recover. The nurses and PCTs were wonderful and made my stay very comfortable. My nurses went above and beyond to nurse me back to health in short time. I would like to thank them specially Maddie, Leslie, Kalli, Shelley, Rachel, and Roxanne, sorry if I missed anyone, and of course special thanks to my surgeon Dr. White.
