I have been there 2 times and the receptionist was rude. I had a foreign Doctor that didn't know what the hell I was talking about with my pain. This place is no help at all for anything. There was a np that is very nice to the patient when their was a crisis that sacred children.
Horrible experience here, will not return and worn others to stay away NP was rude, spoke down to me the entire time, no compassion, front desk check in was a what not to do video on basic customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn't read other bad reviews before going there
There is nothing express about this place!! Front deck people have a personality of a door!!!
Natalie the receptionist that was at the check in window was rude and very ignorant. Told me she couldn't see my son because I didn't have his insurance card. It's on file for him he's been here before. When asked for corporate office for compliments she was even more ignorant. Yes I get you need the insurance card but when an 11 year old child is in severe pain because he's missing part of two different teeth you treat the child first and not get ignorant and stress the mother and child out before treatments. Horrible! Save your money! Brought daughter in with fever, sore throat and looked horrible. Told us allergies, had to still take to another dr that same day. Funny never saw the doctor.
