The facility itself is very nice; the receptionist and medical technicians were fine… Not very friendly, but not mean, just plain…doing their jobs The doctor, however, was terrible. Not only was he rude & demeaning, he also dismissed my injury and pain. I ended Up having to go to the ER just a few hours later to find out I had a life-threatening infection causing the severe pain.
Checkin was easy & the medical assistant was fine. Dr. Minneci was awful. He obviously didn’t care and barely examined me so he didn’t feel the fact that the injured area & below was hot & swollen and immediately said I have a boo-boo. I can barely walk or drive due to sharp pain and am in throbbing pain constantly and he said it’s just a little boo-boo. He looked at my x-rays literally less than a minute. It’s such a shame because the facility is very nice. It explains why there were zero cars in the parking lot.
Today i went to Bons S. urgent care Wyndham and The check- in lady ( Front desk) was very disrespectful not to me but to who ever was on the phone with her. While i was in the lobby because they were asking Question she got so frustrated slamming phone down and walked out just as the lady called me in to get me ready for the Doctor and I had to wait because she told her you have to take the call she was done. I get billing issues in this facility every time. They bill wrongly for a payment which was already made. When we tried calling the billing department lot of times, the response we get is we do not have the information but somehow they send the bill with the payment to be made. Very frustrating process. People in front desk do not know what they are doing. No curtsey! total waste of time
9/15/26 visit: Team UCC, nuckle's Rd VA rocks! Appt's were wide open and timely. I was welcomed, greeted by friendly staff and placed in an exam room without delay. BIG shout out to PA-C Dietz for her comprehensive analysis of my Cx and recent Hx with a failed Tx plan started 16 days prior at an OSH. Courtney's Tx plan appeared evidence based and targeted to my needs. She was open to my feedback about diagnostic imaging, even though it wouldn't have changed my Tx plan. -Tom
