While I do appreciate the convenience, its been a hassle with getting the claims properly submitted to my insurance. I had 2 separate visits at 2 different offices. This one and one in the east end of rva. For both, the claims were submitted with missing codes. I received a bill for both visits and called. I was told my insurance company denied the claims. I should have realized they dont have primary doctor. But I really needed to see someone, so I went in then it wasn’t helpful at all. Just direct me to another hospital and waste of time and money.
The dr seemed very arrogant almost laughed at things I said regarding my son. I will never go back to this urgent care. Worst I’ve been to.
