I was quoted at $300 after insurance for a visit so I called my insurance company to see if they were in network. We were unable to reach Bon Secours by phone, so my insurance agent advised me to call them to ask for some billing codes. When I did, the receptionist jumped all over me saying that was public record and we should have googled it. I'm canceling my appointment and I'm never stepping foot in this place.
Had to change an in-person visit to virtual at the last minute. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
