Very professional and caring staff. Encountered a slight pre-authorization issue (policy change after my appointment was completed), and the staff remedied the problem expeditiously while there so not to have to reschedule. Never felt rushed while visiting Dr. Santos and my waiting time was extremely minimal and exceed my expectations. Overall experience with Bon Secours Sleep Disorders Center in Mechanicsville was very positive and would certainly recommend.
Great service and results. Listened to my issues and quickly developed a plan to identify problems and correct them As a result I’m getting better results from cpap machine and eliminated leakage alarms for first time on 10 years
