Professional and nice staff. Bashir and her team have been great. They received a referral for me and actually reached out to me first, which is unheard of. I appreciate this team!
Very inattentive and seems uninterested.i thought he was going to fall asleep talking to me. I was very unimpressed. He told me he was going to contact me with my results but never did. After calling twice he left a message that he gave my results to my ENT. The staff was great and I would give them a four star But, I would not recommend Dr. Bashir. I will learn to live with my condition before I go back to him.
No way! I went to the appointment and he looked down at the desk and computer the whole visit. Barely heard anything I said. Didn't have a greeting. Most Dr's greet you and introduce themselves and interact with the patient to find solutions to the problems. He eventually listened to my heart or whatever he thought he was doing. Then when the visit was over I had to ask. I had an virtual visit with him. I’m assuming he must’ve had a long day and I was his last appointment because he was rushing me and also falling asleep. Months went by and till this day I haven’t heard anything from him! I got a bill tho! I would not recommend.
Rude, rude, rude. Go elsewhere. My granddaughter needed a sleep study. She was staying with my husband and I during Covid-19, so I didn't have all her health facts. Dr. Bashir arrived late to the Zoom meeting, but that was okay. He seemed peeved that I couldn't answer all his questions. Nevertheless, he checked the box and decided to go forward with the study. Before I could ask any questions, he ended the call. Yes, he basically hung up in my face.
