This is a caring organization. The employees are engaged. They have a vision and purpose and you experience it from The services they gives. The volunteer has a heart for Bon Secours Health system.
We had the best care from the joint replacement dept. So caring, thoughtful, considerate-very patient and family oriented!
BEWARE of charges for routine services like x-rays. Bon Secours provides these services in our primary care doctor's office and the charges are OUTRAGEOUS. Over $700 (not including radiologist charge!!) for a chest x-ray This is s service that generally costs $50 or less in doctor's offices in RVA, or sightly more in a hospital setting. We have not had any bad experiences with the people at Bon Secours facilities - but this is nothing short of DECEPTIVE AND PREDATORY!
Why arent POC gievn the same medical treatment here?! POC are ignored, misdiagnosed, and constantly mistreated here. I would give 0 stars but that isnt an option. Feel free to reply and we can setup a day to talk and discuss the issues and some real solutions. Or you can ignore this like you've done everything else causing POC to die from being misdiagnosed and to be sent home untreated, unaware, and unsafe.
The ABSOLUTE BEST PEOPLE!!! ALWAYS on your side and not just taking care of you... they’re in it for you, yours AND our whole community!!! Seriously! I love each and every one of my doctors/care team. Heart over $, for sure!!!
I have not had an experience with the other hospitals in the network, but St. Francis Medical Center (hospital and ER) I would not recommend to any if you want good or even half-way good treatment for an illness. From what I have read online, it seems like my experience was not random...:(
