I have been to this hospital so many times and the Drs. Are amazing Staff wonderful... I don't want to go anywhere esle .Thank you
Receptionist/Nurse was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant during check-in after my son was rear ended and experiencing migraine and neck pain. 19 November 2017 @ 11:17pm. Definitely not a good way to ensure potential patients are comfortable walking into an emergency room. Immediately very disappointed with service thus far. Hoping the rest of the staff is a bit friendlier.
Bon Secours sent me several emails and snail mails reminding me that my mammogram was due. I made the appointment. When I got there, the tech asked if I had any concerns. I said, yes, there's a lump. The tech informed me they couldn't do the regular test. I was told they can't do the diagnostic test either without an order from my doctor. The tech could feel the lump in my breast but I was sent home with no test at all. I guess it's not about health care, it's about money.
