Horrible communication. My bloodwork has been back over two weeks & the doctor hasn't gone over what it means. My medication refills were supposed to be sent in the day of my appointment & never were. I've sent multiple messages through My chart & called with no answer to any of it. I'm at a loss as to how to get my results or my medication which I need. I've never seen a professional medical office operate or treat people this way.
Great first visit. Intake, doctor's visit and lab work were professional, courteous, with good customer service
I got my annual physical here and had a great experience. In and out in 20 mins. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews.
‼️PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC‼️ I was at wrong place because there is similar named hospital near the clinic and i realized i was at the wrong place I immediately call them and let them know. I have never seen clinic like this before in my life . I was waiting for my wife X-ray report for 7 days . Finally i got a call to come n pick up X-ray result . When i reach there they were not ready to give me until i did not show them their text and voice i have received . Finally they have printed a pcs of paper by visiting website even not issue me standard formate or envelop and not acceptable by my primary care .
