I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. Getting any follow-up or even a returned phone call has been nearly impossible. Despite multiple attempts through the patient portal and by phone, messages go unanswered and calls are rarely picked up. On the one occasion someone did answer, I was told I’d receive a call back that never came. Timely communication is critical for patient care, and this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. Never ever seen a Doctors office that would not pick up the damn phone no matter what department you try to call.The call just eventually disconnects.
Horrible communication. My bloodwork has been back over two weeks & the doctor hasn't gone over what it means. My medication refills were supposed to be sent in the day of my appointment & never were. I've sent multiple messages through My chart & called with no answer to any of it. I'm at a loss as to how to get my results or my medication which I need. I've never seen a professional medical office operate or treat people this way.
Great first visit. Intake, doctor's visit and lab work were professional, courteous, with good customer service
I got my annual physical here and had a great experience. In and out in 20 mins. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews.
