They were kool and quik
This place needs to work on being more organized and having adequate training before they further injure someone. First, one of my appointment times was changed without my consent and I got a text telling me instead asking if the new time even worked for me. Second, a fair amount of my PT exercises have exacerbated my pain including being put on a recumbent bike with resistance by some staff member when there wasn’t supposed to be any added weight or resistance at this point in my recovery. I am so thankful I chose the Bon Secours Physical Therapy, Sauer Center for my rehab. After breaking my arm and needing to be in a sling for a month, I really needed a lot of help getting my flexibility, strength and range of motion back. A huge thanks to Mike, Diane and Whitney! Not only did they coach me on exercises but they also they gave me tips on smaller things I could do at home as well to help move things along.
