Tried to call in and was on hold for over fourth mins with no one ever answering lazy people
She was not helpful at all.we were going rounds in the office.wont recommend her to a dying dog
I went here for neuropsych evaluation and testing. My doctor's name is Dr. Alexis J. Chappell. Other than having to keep rescheduling, the tech who did my testing was absolutely amazing and patient with me. I had no problems with this office and I would recommend it to anyone.
Terribly hard to get anyone to answer calls, and to fax in scripts in a timely fashion. I was also changed to a nurse practitioner from a doctor without any notification or agreement on my part. Also, I need to see a practitioner every six months for medication‘s but when they call and cancel an appointment, you can’t get an appointment for more than six months away. They also continually write my prescription incorrectly, which holds me up from being able to Receive my medication in a timely manner.
I was being seen by a doctor there, she went inpatient, now they will not see me until next year when I have a rare brain condition that needs to be monitored and was referred back to them by the neurosurgeon they sent me too, I’ve called several times over the last two weeks and a nurse has told me they would fit me in and call me back never received a call back, 4 of my doctors have reached out as well requesting I be seen and nothing has been done, and when you call they act oblivious like you haven’t called and it’s not ... read more
