Scheduling at this place is just a mess. we all know its common standard to have appopintments which you feel like you sit around forever. However if they set an appointment time you better arrive half hour before or more. If you arrive at the time of you meeting they will rebook you and put notes in your chart that you are late ( even when there is a line at the door and the receptionist tells you to take a seat so by the time she gets to you, you have actually missed your appointment). If it weren't for the Neural Tech (Jesse), I'd give this place ZERO stars. Dr Donaldson could not have seemed any less interested. She did her tests, threw out some medical terms which I did not understand, I asked for some clarification, and I got a response equivalent to, "I only do the tests, your primary care provider will go through next steps", as she was walking out the door. Go someplace else...
My appointment today was handled with care and concern from the person who scheduled my appointment to the person at Check In to the Nurse to the PA. Wonderful care.
