Previous reviews are accurate. They are incompetent. I was billed for services that they claimed the insurance company said wasn’t covered (it was an ER visit and I have excellent insurance that has never denied a claim). I got my EOB and see the reason my insurance denied it. Insurance didn’t pay them because they didn’t complete the paperwork with correct codes and the insurance company informed them of that.
