The staff here is wonderful, very helpful, caring, very knowledgeable, helpful, and able to be reached. I would highly recommend their services. The nurses, supervisors, physical therapists were very caring, helpful, and encouraging. The staff is great. Thank you.
I have been so pleased with the care and concern of the team who have been taking care of me. Michelle, Alfonso, and Marjorie have done such an incredible job. They are great. Having had several Home Health companies before I will be sure to ask for Bon Secours in the future..
So pleased that Michelle RN took charge of my father’s case after seeing him on the weekend for his treatments. She was proactive with contacting his physician to facilitate the continuity of his care. She kept me well informed of his course of treatment and was professional, kind and patient with my father and mother. Crystal D was very helpful also with the set up of my father’s home care, and the other nurses who assisted with his care were well appreciated.
