I can’t think of a single person that smiled, made eye contact let alone said thank you or please. It was rude personified. Seriously, a graphic of rude could be the entirety of all staff that I encountered yesterday. I get that work isn’t always fun and all these people aren’t the doctors, for example, but it’s still a hospital setting and for many coming in here these could be the last people they see on this earth. This place is awesome! The staff is awesome! Everything is awesome!! I will never go to another hospital as long as I am in Hampton roads!
I had an MRI of my cervical & lumbar spine yesterday, I got there early, was taken early, and was out the door by the time of my appointment. 😊
I brought my 16 year old daughter in yesterday because she had a very small puncture wound that would not stop bleeding. They were excellent with her. Even with the stitch she had to have to get it to stop.
Took Daddy to Bon Seacours in Harbour View this morning for a procedure at 7 am. We were out by 8! Everybody there, from the gentleman at the sign in desk to the CT Tech was awesome! I'd highly recommend this facility!
Great everything from the time I checked in to the time I was discharged .
