Is it possible to give no stars? Been a patient with one of the doctors for 20+ years. Called today to schedule a sick appointment, was told to go to Patient First because there are no appointments to schedule, no same day appointments available, and doctor now only works T-Th. Time to move on...
Dr didn't know why I was there, hadn't looked at the referral, cat scan or labs. After a stress test scheduled a follow-up. Then they moved to this location but didn't transfer any electronic data .. appointments, records, insurance, etc. So they had to reschedule every patient. My new appointment was 3 months later. When i got there they had to input all my info again only to find out my referral had expired (would have been fine with original appointment). My first visit to this practice, and after exiting the elevator and approaching the receptionist, I wanted to cancel my appt, turn around and get back on the elevator. No greeting, no smile, a pissed off face and an attitude while asking for my ID & insurance card. My visit with Dr. Nelson made the difference in my opinion towards the practice. The reception was friendly and professional as well as helpful with checking me, short wait time for the doctor. Dr. Newby was thorough, listened, and made practical suggestions for my continued health.
