Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are always clean. I was sad to hear Dr. NGO is leaving. I really liked him. I wish him all the best.
My husband sees Drs. at this complex and they are great! Took care of his issues and followup with him regularly. Made us feel important and not rushed. All of the nurses and employees there are friendly. Thanks!

Waiting over 10 mins (4th in que) then finally I was the next caller and then I was hung up on...called back right away and was now 13th in que...it has to be a better way to make an appt.
Showed up for an appointment made by my doctor only to find the power was out and office closed. The staff told me that although they didn't have power there was no way I had an appointment as the doctor was not in that day. It took 3 days to reach them by phone as the call center is not staffed to handle the call volume. They gave me an appointment for the following week.
