Avoid Alison L Raybould and the Bon Secours oncology group at all costs if you or a loved one has cancer. My 84-year-old mother is a two-time breast cancer patient. When a new, serious medical issue arose, this office was completely unresponsive. Calls were not returned. No urgency. No follow-up. And most alarming, they would not even schedule an appointment. Her oncologist is out on maternity leave, and there was zero continuity of care. No backup physician, no transition plan, no coverage for vulnerable oncology patients. ... read more
in such a challenging season, I can’t imagine a more warm, kind, supportive, loving team providing care, knowledge, time, & concern for me and my husband. from dr. raybould, Jen, & Crystal in the office to the nurses, receptionists, & volunteers in the infusion center, I will forever be grateful for this team! they all clearly have a calling & passion to do what they do. it’s a bittersweet feeling of being so glad to be done w chemo but sad to not see these fine people as often . . . some who became friends. they all work we... read more
Each one of my visits have been very pleasant. I am always treated with respect and shown genuine compassion and support. Everyone is outstanding in their patient care.
