It really depends on the nurse that you get - some, actually, most, are really wonderful kind and thoughtful. There are 3 in particular who have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I really do not like bubbles in my IV line, I have done the research and with everything on the internet some articles say a small amount is safe while other articles say its best to avoid any air in your IV line. We have been waiting months for a phone call from these people. Unacceptable!
An appointment here is meaningless! A 93 yr old active blood Cancer patient's long prepared for appt was just eliminated with no communication. After a 2 hr drive from DC & a wait of 6 months no solution for her was offered. Marilyn (the only person out front of 3 intake clerks who can handle this doctor) couldn't have been less concerned or empathetic. Claimed they called to cancel.
