Was referred here to be evaluated for something. Didn't even get seen due to negligence on their end claiming my father was listed as my legal guardian on my medical chart. He's never been listed as my legal guardian EVER on my chart and never have I been told previously by any other Bon Secours facility that he was listed as my legal guardian. My first experience at a mental health clinic. The front desk clerk was not kind and had terrible customer service. In speaking with the nurse practitioner, Germaine, Kelly -Pope. I did feel that she was knowledgeable and was able to help me. But I did not know I needed a follow up visit to have my prescription refilled, so I canceled the one I had since it was a conflict in my work schedule . I never had any problems every one is great to me. They even show concerns about my health. Yes you might have to wait but you have to realize we have a pandemic state.
