renu sadanandan is totally unqualified... she put false information... without any evaluations, no nothing... when questioned she htotally ignored my concerns... when angry she simply added another falsehood without any evaluation... I should have done more research... only 4 yrs experience... perhaps she needs to go back to school, learn some people skills.... VERY POOR.. DON'T choose this person... UNQUALIFIED
After WEEKS of trying to even get someone on the phone, voicemails, emails etc, someone in the office finally picked up. After telling me the timing (rudely) and answering a question, the receptionist said I could have my doctor fax over my records and she said, incredibly rudely "I guess I'll put you on the list."
Don't go! They do not help! Staff is awful.
