Lovely shop, nicely organized especially the housewares and toys etc.
I was let down by my purchase today, especially since I've shopped here several times before, but today's experience was simply unacceptable. I was thrilled to present my child with a "new" box of Legos that seemed unopened and was priced high enough to suggest it was indeed new. My son was eager to open it and start assembling, only to find it wasn't new at all, and none of the pieces matched the Lego set it was supposed to be. Best thrift store in the country....
Love this place, been a fan for many years but this last trip I noticed how expensive everything was. These are items that are donated to a thrift store at no cost to the owners. I was looking at shorts, found one that I liked. Looked at the price and it said $25. Walmart doesn't even have shorts this expensive. I assume since the original tag was left on the shorts they thought they could capitalize on it.
