I ordered a med size, med black roast coffee. The girl then asks me after 29 seconds if I wanted cream and/or sugar. Uh miss barista black coffee means no additives. BLACK. While I get my coffee, I sit at the table and the next customer asks for black coffee, she then asks if she wanted cream or sugar. Evidently English comprehension was not her forte. I would like to say it was only this one time, but it seems that the customer service is always lacking. It seems every time I order there’s something that is messed up or wrong, and when I bring it to the barista‘s attention, they seem irritated that they have to fix it.
