The worst freight forwarding company they close for lunch at 12 and open back up at 1 pm. Which is fine if it's policy but I arrived at 11:40 and was turned away. The staff was rude and customer service left me on hold not to deal with me. There are way to many options in miami way better.

Terrible customer service, the lady in the front is extremely rude and disrespectful. They leave you waiting with no information whatsoever and they don’t even talk to you at all.
