What a JOKE! I have called 3 times. I have followed up on my calls. They wont return a call. I live in St. Pete, I am in the market for a new corvette. Cash buyer or finance depending on the deal. Amazed they don't want to sell a car. I was told to come in or be patient. I originally called 3 weeks ago.

Marcos was not cooperative at all even his colleagues but service manager was super helpful in getting the things done in timely fashion yes I would rate 4 stars very happy with service
Just left Bomnin Chevrolet on Dixie highway. Walked into the showroom to find only 2023 corvettes. I inquired about new ones and was told they were in another building and someone would help me. I was ignored for 30 min then left. I drove to this other location on my own, but you can’t park there, rather the shopping center next door. Made the hike and despite being open, nobody there to help either. Typical Miami customer service.
Gabriel is an amazing seller but the service department is horrible. If I knew that I would have to deal with this type of service I wouldn’t have bought a corvette. Got me a brand new corvette, the car has been a headache since day one because every two weeks there is a new problem with something, so I have to go to the dealership, fight to get a chevrolet malibu loaner, leave my corvette for a week, since nobody tells me anything about my car I have to start calling them and if they decide to pick up the phone be transferr... read more
