Hidden prices. Would not quote over the phone. Low rates on entry then buckle and dime on everything else. I question going to them without all the fine print
I talked to 5 different sales associates over 3 days about getting an out the door price on a car. None of which seemed to be willing to help and/or interested in making a sale. I couldn't even get to the negotiation stage because no one would even return my calls. Worst dealership experience I have ever had...
Great vehicle selection and price!
Car had a front end collision with another vehicle on carfax. Never responded to the offer.
Visited the lot and was totally ignored. I was there for almost an hour as I watched them greet other customers with a smile I realized an appointment or not I was ignored and there was no mistaking why. I Will Never spend my money where the only place they acknowledge me with a smile is by email. I worked to hard for my money to give it to someone who doesnt acknowledge me when I come on the lot.
