Sales reps could improve their listening skills. Bomnin should make an attempt to work with potential clients during a pandemic and have better procedures in place to reduce the amount of time spent at their dealership. Sales reps do not return calls, do not reply with accurate information and use bait and switch tactics during the sales process. Managers are pompous and unhelpful.
