I shouldn’t be shocked but I am! A recall on engine parts led to pistons and rings needing replaced, a job requiring about 23 plus hours “to do correctly”. Arrangements made, loaner car secured for $45, after three days my Tahoe is ready... but it wasn’t! It was stumbling like an old Ford! I took it right back, was told it was probably an oil fouled spark plug and they can change out only when the engine is cool. I’ve brought my Suburban for a “quick” oil change, the service advisor Rene Marti, told me that it would take one hour and a half tops. I’ve been waiting for more that 2 hours, I’ve seen my Suburban come in and out of the garage and I was recently informed that they haven’t began... do yourself a favor. If you value your time, stay away from here!!! The don’t respect yours.
