The best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Mike Bozzi was my sales rep and has an easy going upbeat style. I was done with the whole purchase process quickly and on the road. Driving home in my used 4runner was perfect because I ran into sleet and just thought "Thank you God". I drove almost 2 hours to purchase my vehicle from Mike after talking over the phone.. So pleased with the car and truly appreciate Mike's advice, help and straight forwardness. He's a good man and will do his best for you.
What a disappointment. I bought a truck from Bommarito Pre-Owned, site unseen because the truck had not been delivered from auction yet. The salesman told me to "trust" him and any issues would be taken care of. The truck was also MotorTrend certified which claims to provide a comprehensive inspection and anything that doesn't pass its rigorous standards gets fixed or replaced. Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a Jeep Saturday and the service department messed up the drain plug and by the time I got home all the oil was gone and the motor was knocking. They sent a tow truck for it and called me Tuesday and said it was done and ready to pick up. I get there take it for a drive and it was still knocking. Some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I bought a car from them over a year ago and it was unprofessionalism from the start. I just picked my car up and had almost 5000 dollars in repairs due to damage that BMW stated probably came from an accident, IVE NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT since i have owned the vehicle, I contacted the dealer and left a message for the manager SEVERAL times to date NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. If you want to sink money into your newly purchased vehicle this is your place! I bought a vehicle and less than 3 weeks later I am having to pay $800 in repairs.
