I have purchased a number of vehicles over the last 50 years and have never had such an wonderful experience. Sal, my sales person, went above and beyond. He was professional, courteous, and yet warm and caring. He made suggestions, but continually asked me what I wanted or what I preferred. He seemed to be very transparent with his explanations and what he could and could not do. I needed a car that day. He found the car I wanted at another dealership and personally went to get it. Regretting making my new car purchase here-- should have stayed at Pappas Toyota. Too many issues to list here....
Salesman George Bussey was great. Price was fair. Unfortunately, if you don't use their financing and buy their extended warranty, the Business Manager is not happy. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes just to sign the papers. Already had a check in hand from my credit union so we were not waiting for approval. Tyler Stevens, is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He certainly put a damper on our buying experience with Bommarito.
I started with Dan and finished with Tommy I just can't say enough about these guys. They are very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Neither were pushy and made me feel very comfortable during the entire sale process. I will be back to see these two for my next purchase.
