We drove from quite a distance to purchase our new 4Runner and could not have been happier. Our salesman, Cody, went above and beyond to get us in a new vehicle. We could not be more pleased with the entire process. We got an awesome deal and love our 4Runner!
Buyer's remorse..Car found online for one price get to the end of the deal with the fast talking finance person and it's a whole $2000 more than what was online. Inquired about the price and was told the 2000 was added to the cost because the bank is charging the dealership for financing me....never have I heard of that but now I see why everything was so top secret, sign all the paperwork upfront with sales then go to the back and get the ride of a lifetime. I won my 2016 Highlander which Bommarito very generously donated for the Channel 2 and 11 Salvation Army Tree of Lights campaign. Cody Pavish was so kind and patient in explaining the amazing features of the vehicle and I truly appreciated the wonderful reception I received from everyone at the dealership including Glen Eldridge, Chris Hedgpeth and especially Jerry Eickel. The premises are so clean and inviting that I'm sure my future service visits will be a pleasure as well.

Terrible customer service. I loved Bommarito Honda, but the Toyota place on Dunn Road in Hazelwood is definitely not up to the same standard. We bought a $20k vehicle and the only "extra" I asked for was floormats that retail for around $240. When we got the van, they said they'd get me floormats and it's even printed on our papers. So, they gave me some crappy floormats that don't fit and completely obstruct the movement forward and backward of the middle seats of the van.
