The service department is awesome. The service advisor was very nice, personable and professional. I recommend the Ballwin Nissan service department for all Nissan repairs.
Joshua Betzer is the best. You are handled with care from the moment you arrive until you depart. When taking your vehicle to the service center ask for Mr. Betzer.
If I could give this service department zero stars, I would. My advice is simple: STEER CLEAR and do not take your vehicle here for service. Every single time we brought our older Nissan here for service, it came back with another issue. After one repair, our son was stranded late at night on the side of the road when the vehicle became inoperable.
