If I could give this service department zero stars, I would. My advice is simple: STEER CLEAR and do not take your vehicle here for service. Every single time we brought our older Nissan here for service, it came back with another issue. After one repair, our son was stranded late at night on the side of the road when the vehicle became inoperable. Micah Gierse is the best! He’s been very helpful since day one, when I was having issues with my newly purchased Kicks. He made sure that my issues are well taken care of. He’s easy to work with and very accommodating and helpful. I just got my first oil change last week, all I had to do is email him and he set up my appointment based on my availability. I will always go to him for my car services. He deserve some raise! 😉
