Great service. Attentive and helpful service advisors who try to do their best to make you happy.
I have been loyal to Cherokee Nissan since it opened. It is always a pleasant experience. Good places to sit while waiting without have people all around incase I need to do work, or just read a good book. Reps are responsive and always helpful. They are mostly right on time with the time estimate they provide. Love that my car is returned all washed!! My rep was particularly nice and watched the time for me. I forgot her name (my fault, not hers). She lives near by, dark hair. Very nice and personable.
Jose Ramos was our sales person. Jose did an outstanding job. He was kind, patient and professional. We enjoyed our time with him (and that is unusual when buying a car). Rob Johanas and Aliecia DeAngelis were also extremely helpful. Rob Verdaguer was also very patient and helpful. Not a normal thing when dealing with finance stuff. This is the 3rd Tucson I have leased from Hood. The staff have been thoughtful, patient, and professional when checking in my car for service. The service has been appropriately speedy and I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement!
They staid late and helped us take the cars gone same day, they gave a fair trade in value

The service people ( Mike and Paul) are very nice and thorough. The technician leave the car clean after service.

Went there for oil change and balance and rotate tires they did a good job and got me in and out quick ! KENT ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!
this was a recall my car was taken care very quick, I only spend 30 minutes waiting ,all staff was helpful and friendly.
