Disappointed in their ethics and quality of work. I was charged for work that I specifically declined because I already had new spark plugs. Also the work preformed was such poor quality that I had to return and have them fix the leaks they caused. Definitely will never take my truck to them ever again.

Service Department sucks! I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last 2 years it’s gotten worse and worse. Took my 2020 Armada in for oil change and They dented my door on my Nissan Armada $60k vehicle and never told us. We’re picked it up when it was dark and we didn’t see it until the next morning.
