The phone call made it even more clear they don’t care! First call goes to a call center. The person they recommended me reach out to never returned the call! Not great on the paperwork side and when you try to be fair, being in the sales game, and don’t fight hard to make the process as efficiently as possible knowing how bad things are right now in this sector they don’t put an emphasis on making things right to loyal customers! Love of train Nissan. I have bought my last three Marano's from there. The reason I bought all the last cars I have is because it's a great service center, the customer service is great the guys in the garage are really nice helpful and efficient. I had Casey for an oil change this time and he has always very helpful.

Dealt with manager Nick Brent ,worse experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Just a back story I live in Pekin and have to drive to Peoria which is more them 30 mins one way. Well I drove there and was informed that my latch was broken which sucked but I was told that they needed to remove the panel to get to it but they have to order it so I have to come back this was the first visit out of 3. I don’t remember the sales advisor but he told me he would take off the 102$ for the latch which I was excited upon arriving again... read more
