I called the number on the website and received a text that said, Please text me. So I did…absolutely no response. I guess they aren’t taking on any new clients? Either way, a response would’ve been appropriate. Edit: I requested the appointment days ago, Friday…before the holidays. But I got response to this review in less than 7hours! Impressive.

Very bad experience, hair looks awful, stylist Bergen very unprofessional rescheduled last minute argumentative disrespectful did bad buisness, ,,.. wanted a silver balayage, told me cut was included and ignored me twice and never cut it at all

My friend was not happy. She asked to stay with in a budget. The total was 40 more. Her hair was beautiful.
