Jess Brown is by far the best! Before her I had an awful experience, she was very mindful of that. She made me feel secure by listening to what I wanted and providing her professional advice. She traveled almost 2 hours for my wedding, and I sacrifice not having my hair done often after moving to Virginia. I am planning my next trip to go see her.
