I have been going to bombshell beauty for over 10 years. The environment is always friendly, welcoming and really chill. I’ve received services from several of the stylist and no matter who I go to I’m always beyond satisfied.

I’ve tried several places in Jacksonville, and unfortunately, this salon was one of the most disappointing. They didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously, and I felt like they weren’t really interested in working with me to achieve the results I wanted. I won’t be going back for any hair color services. If you're looking for a reliable salon for your hair needs, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Bombshell Beauty salon for about a year, but unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been as positive as I had hoped. While the owner and other beauticians are generally polite, I didn’t feel truly welcomed or comfortable over time. I didn’t feel entirely comfortable being there amongst the ladies—the atmosphere felt a bit off. On top of that, Chantel’s comments about my hair length and growth came off as a bit too blunt when I mentioned wanting to cut it into a bob. It wasn’t quite the experience I was hoping for.
