Disappointing experience! The technician last-minute cancelled my appointment, so I rescheduled for a 3-week fill. However, when I came in today, I was surprised to find I'd lost a significant number of lashes on one eye. The technician informed me that I'd have to pay full price for a new set, despite offering 3-week fill options, and I just didn’t have enough to pay for a full set so we rescheduled on my next fill date. she then offered me $20 off my next appointment - but didn't apply it to the removal fee I paid today.
