I get that waitstaff is busy but the "Moreno" was HORRIBLE. For starters a place should NEVER open a tab for 7+ people under ONE card and then expect EACH individual to come up look for the waitress and separate the tab. If we were getting paid BY ALL MEANS we'll separate the tab ourselves. I have never been treated with such disrespect by an individual.
