The best decision that I have made for myself. I'm 71 years old, have 2 knee replacements, this is the best low impact exercise I have ever done. Rose has modified some of the movements for me so that I still get a good workout! Blood pressure is down, some weight loss, better movement, less pain and feel much better! I would definitely recommend it for anyone!
Terrible company terrible owners terrible staff extremely unprofessional and biased along with racist misogynistic and hateful. Save yourself some pain and suffering and stay far far away
Very disappointed with my experience!! I purchased my daughter in law the three month special and contacted the owner one month before my special rate of $60 was up to see what I needed to do to cancel and was told to contact her right after the next draft and so I did that and then she proceeded to tell me that I have to come in when she's there for a class and sign a cancellation form in which she never mentioned when I contacted her the month prior so I went by to sign and also sent my daughter in law to the business to s... read more
Best workout I have ever done!!!!!!!! Rose the instructor is amazing. She is patient and kind. She pushes you the right amount. I am glad to have a membership.
