RecommendedGot a 4lb ribeye/prime rib roast for Thanksgiving. It was cut perfectly exactly as it should be. The beef had upper choice/low prime marbling. Absolutely beautiful piece of meat. Great fat cap, perfect shape, butchered by a pro for sure. Really happy with the product, would be great if they offered longer aged meat available during peak times like Thanksgiving and Christmas etc. or they let you pre-order longer aged meat ahead of time. I'd consider having a group throw in on an entire 70-90 day aged primal cut.
Allí can say is Wholly Meats!! Excellent picanha, filets, jalapeño hot sauce and the red is the best! Service is awesome. I found our source for great local meat. Oh and the chicken is incredible. Throwing on a ribeye for Halloween. Will be back guys!!

Chicken, pork, beef and eggs! Lunch specials, broths and stocks, dog treats, sausages and more! This is by far the best quality meat and team in the St. Louis metro. It's all locally sourced, the animals are pasture raised, grass fed and finished, and it makes a huge difference in the overall taste. The team tells you where the farms are so you can look them up yourself. We live about 30 minutes away and I drive in for the excellent service and selection.
Just left about 20 minutes ago and the Pate I purchased is basically gone. Talk about a treat. After following this shop here for a bit my first visit did not disappoint. Well played!

I just ate the best pork chop I’ve ever had, after taking the butchering class today. Absolutely delicious! They really, really care about the animals, the product and the customers!
