In less than a month of contacting Boly:Welch through a referral from a fellow job seeker, I was interviewed by Boly:Welch, sent on two interviews for the same position, and offered a position with an engineering firm with excellent growth potential. I have gone through almost 6 months of straight job searching on my own and you can't believe my excitement to finally be done with it in less than a month of joining Boly:Welch!

Gwen and Brittney in the legal recruiting department were so fantastic. They really work to find a position that will be a great fit for both you and the employer. They were so encouraging and positive. What I loved about the whole process is that they take the time to sit down with you and help you articulate how your experience translates into exactly what the employer is looking for. I felt so confident going into my interviews! If I ever find myself job searching again, they are the first call I'll make!
