Great apartments. Great location. Within walking distance of Mullys. Eddie was always super helpful.
Living in Boltwood my last 2 years of college was amazing. Eddie, the property manager is a great guy who was always willing to help with anything. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially if you have a pet.
Rented here last year. Affordable pricing and great service if anything in your unit does need some fixing. Eddie and Aaron, the lease managers, are very helpful with any questions you might have. Also, their basketball court is really nice and there is a volleyball court next to it for any of those who need to get outside and have a break from all that studying!
