My experience at Gayley Apartments has been outstanding. Alison and Wanda were exceptionally courteous and thorough in explaining all the amenities and features available. The maintenance team is prompt, efficient, and ensures that any issues are resolved quickly. It’s evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property and providing a high standard of service to residents.
I've had a wonderful experience for the last 4yrs. The rental office Allison, Wanda and Jen are very attentive to my concerns and always f/u . I appreciate you!
After 12 years at The Colony of Dadeland, I strongly advise against living here. The property is misleading and poorly managed. Unlicensed, non-English-speaking workers are employed, and management—especially Gabriela Ruiz and Jessica Roman—engages in deceptive, manipulative behavior. There are no tenant screening policies, and the complex is plagued with safety issues. My motorcycle was stolen right in front of the leasing office, and video footage showed the supposed "security guard" in his apartment during the theft. Mana... read more

I'm a resident here. The staff is extremely polite. My view is gorgeous. There a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, 24 hr weight room, a community room with free coffee and tea every. It also has a TV, pool table, great music, bar and more! There is a dog park across the street. The free metromover and the Metrorail is 1/2 block away. Everything is nearby and within walking distance, like restaurants, clubs, etc. There is a grocery store right across the street and a 24 hr gas station and drug store a block away. Justin !! Thank you so much when I tell you this moving experience was probably my best one yet I mean just that. The process was fast and I was literally approved in Two business days and the communication was superior, Justin took the time to answer all my questions, call me back and follow up and just overall had great customer service to be the only person running a rental office. Beautiful Bayview
This place has been a nightmare because of management. From the start to now, I have been consistently lied to about the pricing. When I first started looking for apartments, I was told rent was $299 and utilities were $15. After getting the lease, I found out utilities + internet was $57 flat rate (We do not spend $330 worth of utilities and internet a month in a six person apartment.). Maintenance fired because of a meth heads lies and then arrested because he came to get his tools. And now that meth head is doing maintenance. Can’t blame the manager for quitting after being threatened after standing up for the maintenance man. My sister is leaving as soon as she finds another place. Don’t rent from Greenleaf and if you live at any Greenleaf property...run the other way!!!!
