We brought up issues with the home within weeks of it being placed on our property and Bolton homes promised to get things taken care of over and over. They wasted time until the “warranty” expired to basically tell us “oh well, too bad”

We bought from Bolton Homes back in November of 2024 & it was a great experience! They kept us updated, honest, & got us everything we wanted! Our salesman was Chandler Bolton. He is very friendly, easy to speak to, and listened to what we wanted. Bolton Homes is by far the best in the area!
