I’ve never been a fan of dentist, simply because I haven’t been able to properly take care of my teeth due to no insurance.. The staff here has been absolutely wonderful.. Michelle is so very knowledgeable about the insurance process and trying to work around your schedule. Dr. Bolton is professional and fast with things that need done.. He doesn’t sit and lecture you about what you should’ve done, just simply says he will see you soon.. I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Bolton and his wonderful staff..
I've been going to Dr Bolton since I was young, the past few years my insurance changed and I wasn't able to go see him anymore. Needless to say, now that my insurance coverage has changed again, I couldn't be happier to be able to go back to him. I have seen many dentist over the past few years and have never been happy with them like I am with Dr Bolton and his office staff. They are so nice, friendly, and HONEST.
This is in response to the former post by Jason. Dr. Bolton's long time hygienist retired and I am the new hygienist working for Dr.Bolton. I left a busy west end practice after 39+ years to work closer to home. Having worked in an office that still had paper files, etc. for almost 40 years, I can tell you that it was very hard to find substitute hygienist and it was nothing abnormal about not having an opening for 6+ months as we booked 6 months in advance ( as does Dr Bolton). Dr Bolton is a great dentist and a nice person. However, his office staff are not accommodating and everything in the office is kept on paper file (no use of computers at all). If I ever have something come up at work and I need to reschedule my checkup appointment, then I will notify them at least a few days in advance, if not a week in advance.
