We cannot say enough good things! The whole staff, but Babs and Stephanie in particular helped my husband (and I as his caretaker, since he was legally blind going into care at their office) through some stressful days and decisions! From the calm and patient demeanor at appointments, to helping navigate insurance issues, to getting my husband set up for absolute success with lenses he was brand new to using, we are so thankful for all they have done for us! This is my first time at Bolt Eye Group and Dr. Loop, Savannah and all staff are very professional, caring and thorough in the caring of my eyes. I am so very glad l came here and highly recommend Bolt Eye Group!
The best eye care provider ever, start with their reception, both Savannah and Dr. Jaymini Nayee were exceptionally helpful. Savannahs is very friendly and professional, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable to the extent of helping me pick my glasses frame. Above all that, their state of art equipment. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
