Bolt won't return my calls. They installed my roof in 2015 and it's still under warranty. I have a concern about something, and they won't return my calls.

I had my roof installed by BOLT Construction in October 2017. Recently I found a leak on the ceiling in my closet. I contacted BOLT approx. 2 weeks ago. The St Louis office manager Page was very kind and quickly passed me on to the Field Manager John Hartwig. Unfortunately, this gentleman did not bother to call me at all so I had to call Page back again last Friday 2/26. Page then connected me directly to John, and John said he would need to look at his contractors' schedules and would call me back with an appointment. Again... read more

Nick Daughtery knows his stuff. He was personable and was able to dictate my problem immediately and for me in to fix it the very next day. I am moving and he took photos, wrote an explanation of work done, asked the house inspector and spoke to the buyer. All going above and beyond what was required. Don’t use any other company or roof professional! Thanks, Nick (and Bolt).
