We hired Bolt Construction, now Simplbuild, to renovate our kitchen and master bath (which included reinstalling our toilet). We initially were quoted that it would take 5-6 weeks and it took double that time. They were also either delayed in communicating or unresponsive throughout the project - a couple days they did not show up and did not communicate this until several hours after their planned start time. I contacted this company and they scheduled a zoom meeting a week in advance to discuss the construction of a new house. Alex (the person scheduled for the call) never showed up. He didn't even call or send an email to cancel the meeting. No call to appologize either. Not professional.
Taras and his team of experts were consistently on top of all projects from start to finish. Everyone knew the scope of their work, executed tasks in a very timely manner, and was enjoyable to be around in the meantime. Overall, the work done by the team was high quality, as was the project management. I have already recommended Bolt Construction to multiple other people and will continue to do so in the future. I really enjoyed working with Alex, he was so easy to work with, great energy, takes charge and handles every last detail so you don't have to worry. I appreciated not having to hold his hand through the project, I felt like I could take a step back and let him take control. The site visits were always a great experience because he came prepared with items to go over. I would definitely use Bolt Construction for future projects!
