Best Pho and vermicelli rice noodle salad in San Diego. The Spring Rolls are to die for. Dined here almost every week for seven years. Came back today after our last meal prior to moving five years ago. It’s still amazing! I have had Vietnamese food all over the country. Nothing compares to Bolsa!
